Precertification Enhancements

Beginning April 1, 2023, you will be able to view precertifications on your dashboard and access the appeal page more quickly from the Precertification tab on the Cigna for Health Care Professionals (CignaforHCP.com) and the Evernorth provider (Provider.Evernorth.com) websites.

The precertification enhancements allow you to:

See the status of previously viewed or flagged precertifications on your dashboard when logging in to the website.
Quickly get to your previous viewed precertifications in just a click.
Use less clicks to start an appeal from the Precertification tab.

Please note: The enhancements will be available for all users with precertification access.
