New Network Status feature on 
Provider.Evernorth.com and CignaforHCP.com

Dear valued Provider.Evernorth.com user,

Beginning July 1, 2023, behavioral providers are able to verify their network participation in a patient’s plan using the new Network Status feature on Provider.Evernorth.com and the Cigna for Health Care Professionals website (CignaforHCP.com).

When you log in to either website to verify your patient’s eligibility and benefits, you can identify which providers in your practice – by Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and Provider Name – participate in the network aligned with that patient’s plan.
