We invite you to join the Provider Engagement Advisory Council

As a member of the Provider Engagement Advisory Council, you will be part of a select group of providers whose valuable feedback will drive the development of solutions to help improve the provider experience.

You may also be asked to test solutions to help ensure their success. You can choose your level of participation on the council, depending on your interest and time availability.

Recent examples of council member participation include providing feedback about decision letters, claims processes, and appeals processes.

Ways to participate

We collect feedback from the council in a number of ways.
  • Surveys: Sent via email.
  • Interviews: Held in the early planning stages to gain insights about provider workflows and processes. Your feedback will help us build solutions that work best for you.
  • Usability testing: Test a design prototype or provide feedback on how you would navigate or use the new tool.
  • Beta testing: Be among the first to test new tools. Your feedback is vital to help identify issues and ensure a solution is ready for full rollout.
